Ideal's Edmonton facility is a 35000 square foot building situated on 5 acres of land with 6700 square feet of adjoining office space. In this facility, Ideal has four cut and roll production lines that are capable of producing in excess of 140000 square feet of finished goods per shift. The manufacturing facility in Edmonton houses an embossing machine, a laminating machine as well as two corrugating machines. Ideal maintains high inventory levels of all four gauges of metal jacketing. Due to the fabrication capability in Edmonton, inventory concerns are rarely an issue.
